Dr. Maiolino is dedicated to precision in his clinical work, utilizing surgical microscopes in his practice since 2006, building upon his early adoption of magnification systems. As a co-founder, alongside Dr. Pasquale Venuti, of the "Tomorrow Tooth" group, he is committed to promoting a patient-centered approach in dentistry.

In cooperation with Dr. David Clark, Dr. John Khademi and Dr. Marco Maiolino he has founded a group labeled “Tomorrow Tooth”, whose goal is to share Outcome-Based and Patient-Centered Dentistry. He lectures internationally on a variety of topics related to restorative dentistry, endodontics and prosthodontics.
