Programa de lecciones
– Los pacientes afectos de deformidades dentofaciales con frecuencia presentan alteraciones funcionales y/o estéticas nasales
– En caso de cirugía maxilar, recomendamos diferir 6 meses la cirugía
– Los pacientes que precisen prótesis de ángulo mandibular, es preferible diferir de 6 meses a 1 año la cirugía
– La cirugía palpebral y auricular la realizamos en la misma sesión
– La genioplastia deslizante es intrínseca a la cirugía ortognática, a su planificación y ejecución
– Realizamos cada vez más lipofilling en el mismo acto. El 50 % precisarán revisión mínima.
