Más de 45 años de experiencia académica y clínica en prostodoncia fija, oclusión y manejo de TTM. Desarrollador del concepto OCTA (Arquitectura Oclusal) para asegurar tratamientos ortodóncicos y prostodónticos mediante principios de diseño oclusal funcional. Ex presidente del Departamento de Oclusión y Disfunción y ex vicedecano a cargo de la educación dental en la Facultad de Odontología, Universidad de Aix-Marseille.
Director de programas de educación de posgrado en oclusión y TTM, y prostodoncia fija en la Universidad de Aix-Marseille. Profesor visitante en la Universidad de Donau, Austria. Ex presidente del Colegio Nacional Francés de Oclusodontología (1995-1996) y de la Academia Internacional de Odontología Interdisciplinaria Avanzada (iAAID).
DDS de la Facultad de Odontología, Universidad de Aix-Marseille (1978). Certificado en Antropología (1979) y Prostodoncia Fija y Oclusodontología (1980). Maestría (DSO, 1983). PhD (Doctorat d'Université, 1990). Catedrático desde 2007. Autor de 8 libros y más de 160 publicaciones científicas sobre oclusión, TTM y prostodoncia. Miembro de la Academia Europea de Trastornos Craneomandibulares.
