This seminar will provide to the attendee with the most up-to-date information regarding the fascinating and emerging field of oral medicine in pediatric dentistry. The seminar will use case-presentation as the learning and discussion format and will cover the entire spectrum of the most common medical issues in children with repercussions in the dental treatment. Diseases such as asthma, diabetes, congenital heart disease, autism, ADHD, and several syndromes will be discussed with special emphasis in the dental protocols for the treatment of patients with this conditions in the safest way.
