Más de 50 años de experiencia académica y clínica combinada en endodoncia. Sirvió como Professor y Chairman de Department of Endodontics en múltiples instituciones incluyendo Medical College of Virginia (1975-1976), University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery (1976-1982), y Baylor College of Dentistry (1982-2014).
