El Dr. Fabrizio Belleggia fue fundador y ex presidente de la sección italiana del Osstem-AIC (Centro de Investigación y Educación de Implantes Dentales Avanzados). Se graduó con honores en Odontología y Prótesis Dental de la Universidad Católica del Sagrado Corazón en Roma, Italia. Recibió su posgrado con honores en cirugía oral de la Universidad de Roma "Tor Vergata" en 2009. Fue miembro activo de la antigua Sociedad Italiana de Integración ósea (SIO). Periódicamente da conferencias y ofrece cursos de formación práctica de técnicas avanzadas para la regeneración ósea y la reconstrucción de tejidos blandos utilizando cirugía en vivo y aplicación práctica en un entorno de grupo pequeño.
