Propietario y Prostodoncista en práctica privada en Lexington, Massachusetts (desde 1987), enfocada en rehabilitación prostodóntica integral, prostodoncia sobre implantes y tratamiento de trastornos temporomandibulares (TMD) usando análisis oclusal computarizado. Ex Clinical Professor en Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry (1985-1998), enseñando prostodoncia fija y removible.
Más de 42 años de experiencia clínica en prostodoncia con especialización en oclusión digital y manejo de TMD. Experto líder mundial en T-Scan Digital Occlusal Analysis System, conduciendo investigación original desde 1990 sobre rol de oclusión y tiempo de disclusión en síndrome de disfunción dolorosa miofascial crónica. Pionero y defensor académico de oclusión medida digitalmente, demostrando que análisis oclusal computarizado proporciona precisión superior comparado con métodos tradicionales de papel de articular. Desarrollador de protocolos de terapia Immediate Complete Anterior Guidance Development (ICAGD) y Disclusion Time Reduction para tratamiento de TMD.
Autor de más de 100 publicaciones revisadas por pares en revistas incluyendo Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Journal of Craniomandibular and Sleep Practice, Quintessence International, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, e International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
