Autor del concepto MIPP (Procedimientos Protésicos Mínimamente Invasivos), estableciendo protocolos de tratamiento conservadores para casos estéticos complejos.

Ex presidente de la Academia Europea de Odontología Estética (EAED, 2003-2004) y la Academia Italiana de Prostodoncia (AIOP, 1999-2000). Ex profesor asociado visitante en prostodoncia en la Universidad Estatal de Luisiana, Nueva Orleans (1999-2008).
