Más de 25 años de experiencia clínica e investigadora enfocándose en la influencia del tejido blando en el éxito del implante y prevención de pérdida ósea crestal. Desarrollador de la metodología "Zero Bone Loss Concepts", un protocolo clínico respaldado científicamente demostrando cómo lograr y mantener estabilidad ósea crestal alrededor de implantes dentales mediante técnicas quirúrgicas y protésicas apropiadas. Prostodoncista y especialista en implantes en Vilnius Implantology Center (VIC Clinic).
Conferenciante internacional impartiendo programas de formación en EE.UU., India, Portugal, España, Hungría, Jordania y numerosos otros países. Organizó cursos de formación internacionales anuales de dos días en Vilnius atrayendo especialistas dentales mundialmente. Autor del bestseller internacional "Zero Bone Loss Concepts" (Quintessence, 2019), reconocido como Libro del Año por Lithuanian Book Publishers Association. Publicó extensamente en revistas internacionales revisadas por pares incluyendo Clinical Oral Implants Research, Journal of Clinical Periodontology e International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry, con investigación citada miles de veces globalmente.
