The Full Mouth Rehabilitation Under General Anesthesia Course

The Full Mouth Rehabilitation Under General Anesthesia Course is a 3-day course divided as follows:

– One and a half day for lectures
– Half a day for Hands-on model training
– One day for the Surgeries.

The candidate will be trained on all that he needs to be ready for the GA surgery and he will do a surgery under supervision that contains Zirconia, Bioflx and Stainless Steel crowns.

PROGRAM

Day 1 – Lecture

– Local & General Anesthesia in pediatric dentistry
– Steps in hospital dentistry
– Factors affecting decision taking for general anesthesia
– Recent advances in restorative dentistry in primary & permanent teeth
– Clinical updates in pulp therapy
– Rotary endodontics in primary teeth
– Case documentation
– Management of severely mutilated teeth
– Bioflex, stainless steel, zirconia pediatric crowns and youth crowns
– Guidelines for management of children with special needs.

Day 1 – Hands on

– Bioflex, stainless steel, zirconia pediatric crowns and youth crowns
– Rotary endodontics in primary teeth.

Day 2 – Clinical case

– Full mouth case treated under General anesthesia (shared between 2 candidates).
