MONDAY

This day is designed to observe the operation of our clinic, our patient visit protocols, diagnosis protocols and treatment plans.

In this day we cover general aspects of our treatment philosophy, general aspects of skeletal anchorage in managing complex cases.

TUESDAY

First thing in the morning you will meet with Dr. Friedländer to discuss the cases of patients that you will see during the day, how the diagnosis was made and where the treatment plan is today. Our approach is to always diagnose with 3D images using a CBCT, articulator mounting and a full photographic protocol, the assistants also will learn about the innovations that we propose (our surgical orthodontic protocol in the treatment plans of complex cases).

WEDNESDAY

This day is designed to observe and learn the process of full digital indirect bonding protocol. The assistant will be able to observe and learn from the first step to the last, from taking digital impressions, the placement of brackets in software, the design of the transfer tray, and last, the placement in real *patients.

* We will try that this day there is one or more patients to place the braces, but we hope that you understand that we cannot assure the assistance of these people.

Ortodoncista especializado en anclaje esquelético, expansión rápida del paladar asistida por microtornillos (MARPE) y ortodoncia interdisciplinaria. Director Médico y fundador de Clínica Friedländer, Barcelona, España.

Más de 20 años de experiencia clínica con más de 15 años de práctica exclusiva en ortodoncia. Especialista en movimientos dentales tridimensionales complejos utilizando dispositivos de anclaje temporal (TADs), microtornillos y miniplacas para distalización, intrusión y expansión esquelética. Experto en combinar anclaje esquelético con terapia de alineadores para tratamiento de maloclusiones desafiantes incluyendo mordida abierta y dientes impactados.

Conferenciante internacional enseñando biomecánica ortodóncica avanzada y protocolos de anclaje esquelético en conferencias en toda Europa. Profesor de ortodoncia interceptiva y ortopedia en el Máster de Odontopediatría en la Universidad Internacional de Cataluña, Barcelona. Especialista en trastornos de ATM y planificación de tratamiento interdisciplinario combinando ortodoncia con cirugía ortognática y prótesis.

DDS de la Universidad de Barcelona (2006). Máster en Ortodoncia de la Universidad de Barcelona (2009). Diploma de Estudios Avanzados de la Universidad de Barcelona. Certificado en filosofía Roth-Williams (programa de posgrado FACE) sobre oclusión y ortodoncia. Doctor certificado en Invisalign con cientos de casos tratados. Especialista certificado en Incognito en ortodoncia lingual. Miembro de la Sociedad Española de Ortodoncia (SEDO).
